Use of the swimming pool, kids' club & entertainment are all free to enjoy during your stay. Some of the sports and water activities may incur a small charge.
In your holiday home, you'll have free gas & electricity, bed linen and your beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
If you have booked through a newspaper promotion, the above will only be included in your holiday if you have purchased entertainment passes and linen.
We welcome well-trained dogs in our pet-friendly accommodation range at a charge of £35.00 per dog, per week and £25.00 per short break. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. We have a fab pet friendly area in the complex for dogs to enjoy. However, we do not allow any dogs specified in the dangerous dog act: Pit-bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa. Additionally, we do not allow Rottweilers on park and some other larger dogs. Please contact the park to double check that your breed of dog is accepted. Cots & high chairs are available to hire at the time of booking. There will be a supplement of £12 per item, per week or £7 per short break. There is a £10 refundable deposit required per item. Please note that you will need to bring your own cot linen and mattress.
Minimum age:
We are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21.
Other restrictions:
We cater primarily for family holidays. Bookings from all female or all male parties will only be accepted at our absolute discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel a booking that does not meet this condition.
If you would like to make a large group booking, please call the Park directly on 01503 272 335.
Depending on when you make the booking, you will either need to pay a deposit or the full amount. For holidays booked more than 10 weeks from the holiday start date, a deposit is payable, if the booking is within 10 weeks of the holiday start date you will need to pay the full balance to secure the booking. We also have a facility to pay balances online; see your booking confirmation for more details or call guest services on 01503 272 335.
You will receive a booking confirmation by email within an hour of booking. If your booking confirmation does not reach you please contact guest services on 01503 272 335.
Your exclusive booking reference number can be found on the confirmation email we sent you.
In most cases it is possible to change your booking, a small admin fee will apply to do this. If you would like to change your holiday dates you will need to pay the difference in cost if the new dates are more expensive. Please call guest services on 01503 272 335 for more information
When making a booking you will be offered the option to take out our protection plan which covers you and your holiday party. Our different types of plans covers you until you arrive on site. Details of our protection plan and policy can be found here.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given if for any reasons you decide to leave early.
Whether you need an extra bedroom, more space or want a higher grade of accommodation, we are always happy to look at the options for you. Please be sure to let us know your booking reference number and the grade of accommodation that you would like to upgrade into and we'll be able to check prices and availability for you.
Your accommodation will be allocated a few days before your arrival and you will be given the location of your accommodation when you check in. We won't be able to let you know where you will be allocated on the park before you check in, this is just in case there are any last minute re-locations made by the park.
Your accommodation will have pillows, duvets and bed linen. Beds will all be made up ready for your arrival. If you've booked through a newspaper promotion, you will need to have purchased the linen supplement to have bed linen.
We do not supply towels, toilet roll or dishwashing materials so please remember to bring these with you. Irons aren't always available so we recommend, if you require an iron, to bring your own.
The essential pack (£12) includes toilet roll, washing up liquid, bin bags, cloth, sponge, tea, coffee, sugar & milk.
The breakfast pack (£14) includes tea, coffee, milk, cereals, bread, butter, jam & biscuits.

The check-in time is 4.00pm for Holiday Homes. Guests arriving early are welcome to check in and enjoy the Park facilities until their accommodation is ready. If you expect to arrive after 5.00pm please let the Park know to arrange key collection.
You will need to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on your day of departure.
All booking prices include 1 car only, any extra cars will be charged at £10 per car per break. Parking is available next to or nearby your holiday home or touring pitch.
Seaview is a breeze to find, but it pays to plan your route in advance. A map, directions and our address can be found by clicking here. If you’re going to use sat nav, please use postcode PL13 2JE.
You will need to show your booking confirmation to check in at reception or if you are unable to print the confirmation please bring ID and your reference number.
Wi-Fi is available for free in the Complex and is available to purchase throughout the park.
Talland Bay can be seen from the park and is around one mile on foot or a short drive away.
We have an onsite convenience shop and there is a co-op supermarket located 8 minutes away by car in Looe. There is also many smaller shops in Looe and Polperro which is a short drive from Seaview.
Our on park entertainment and access to facilities are included in the price of your holiday, unless otherwise stated.
Our in house entertainment team offer a full programme of daily activities for children of all ages. Some of the activities are scavenger hunts, messy mornings and arts & crafts.
